What we do with what you send

If you write hello@halekokua.com or send the note on the contact page, we use your name, phone number, and the story you tell us to get back to you and to introduce your family to licensed homes.

We share those details with a care home only when you ask us to introduce you. After the introduction, the home keeps its own records under its own policies. Care home listings never show caregiver or licensee names. We do not sell family notes. We do not put a resident’s name or photograph on Instagram, Facebook, or this website unless that family has agreed in writing.

Licensing pages on this site repeat public information from the Hawaii Department of Health. They are not a resident’s private record.
