Families pay nothing to search. When a placement happens, the care home pays us a referral fee.

What happens next

  1. 1A person from Hale Kōkua reads your note and gets back to you by phone or email.
  2. 2We look at licensed homes that may fit, and ask about openings.
  3. 3With your OK, we introduce your family to the home. From there, the home handles visits, admission, and care.

Our part ends at the introduction. Hale Kōkua is not a case management agency, and we do not coordinate or monitor care.
